CHIEF ENGINEER ‘CHASSIS’

Tasks:

• Analysis and verification of specifications of components and systems included in the chassis (suspension, wheels, brakes, steering)
• Analysis of the possibilities of obtaining components included in the chassis in close cooperation with the production and purchasing departments
• Supports the creation of technical specifications and virtual validations performed by the integration team, based on input variables obtained from the technology partner
• Support for car tests carried out by the technology partner, verifying aspects related to the components included in the chassis in close cooperation with the integration team
• Support in the supplier nomination and management process (components and systems included in the chassis)
• Cost management and coordination of work in the entrusted area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chassis-related systems (suspension, brakes, steering)
• Knowledge of the market and potential producers of components related to the components included in the entrusted area
• Experience in supplier management, technical negotiations and implementation activities
• Experience working in a CAD environment
• Good understanding of the product development process
• Full language proficiency (English)
• Driving license. B
• Openness to local and international business trips for purposes related to supporting the development of the supply chain, product and as part of marketing activities
