Lead Engineer “HV Electronic Systems”

Task:

• Detailed assessment of all specifications of leveraged HV electronic system from engineering partner
• Review and assess virtual validation concerning all aspects involving the HV electronic system in cooperation with performance manager
• Review and assess physical validation concerning all aspects involving the HV electronic system in cooperation with performance manager
• Manage potential component localization from decision to execution collaboration with platform donor and HV electronic system components supplier
• Work closely with manufacturing and procurement to nominate, source and release parts for localized HV electronic system elements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area related to engineering design of HV electronic systems in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of the market and the potential of producers of traction batteries and electric drive units. Experience from cooperation with the above-mentioned types of entities
• Experience in supplier management, technical negotiations and project implementation
• Experience in CAD methods
• Experience in designing and delivering HV electronic components for series production in all phases of vehicle development
• A broad understanding of the new product introduction process at vehicle OEMs
• Good communication skills
• Know how in HV electronic systems simulation and optimization methods
• Good relationship building, cooperation and negotiation skills
