Senior Buyer Indirect

We invite experienced Buyers, who want to join the mission to create a new Automotive Brand, developing some of the most exciting cars.

Key tasks:

• Implementation of the purchasing process for indirect purchases – in particular professional services,
• Conducting purchasing procedures: sending requests for proposals, analyzing offers, selecting a supplier, negotiating and signing the contract, its implementation, performance control, continuous assessment of effectiveness, in justified cases renegotiation of conditions, termination of the contract,
• Conducting negotiations and coordinating the company’s long-term contacts with partners and suppliers,
• Analysis of markets, price trends and searching for opportunities to reduce costs in the entrusted area of indirect purchases,
• Cooperation with the team responsible for the project development and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of auxiliary materials and services necessary for project implementation, process validation and car production,
• Close cooperation with internal offices in the scope of purchasing processes,
• Initiating and implementing optimization projects within the managed portfolio.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an independent buyer in the area of indirect purchasing (preferred in an international environment),
• Knowledge of MS Office at an advanced level,
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level,
• Excellent negotiation skills,
• Very good analytical skills and strategic thinking,
• Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude,
• Experience in the automotive industry – preferred,
• Effectiveness in action,
• Ability to work under time pressure.
