Legal Counsel

Key tasks:

• Cooperation with internal stakeholders in developing contract templates, reviewing contracts, powers of attorney and other documents (also in English),
• Preparing legal opinions in the area of the Company’s operations,
• Supporting various departments with legal advice
• Advising on compliance with legal provisions of the Company’s internal normative acts, draft contracts, powers of attorney and other documents,
• Preparing and reviewing draft resolutions of the Management Board, Supervisory Board and General Meeting,
• Cooperation with external law firms, issuing orders and verifying reports,
• Monitoring changes in national and European Union law.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to legal services (in-house),
• Detailed knowledge of the regulations defining the principles of operation of commercial companies,
• Knowledge of the Civil Code, commercial law, copyright and labor law,
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level,
• Ability to prepare documents, internal legal acts, regulations and contracts,
• Active bar membership,
• Diploma of legal counsel.
