ElectroMobility Poland will submit a bid in the competition NFOŚIGW under the KPO. In a commentary for PAP Biznes quoted by Bankier.pl, Ministry of State Assets stresses that the funds raised would provide the company with the ability to start investments, facilitate debt financing and could be a catalyst in talks with a foreign partner.
We are pleased with this week’s launch of the National Environmental Protection Fund’s competition under measure E3.1.1 for an amount of about PLN 4.7 billion. ElectroMobility Poland will submit its bid in this competition. We believe that the company will submit a well-prepared application,” Przemysław Kuk, director of MAP’s Communications Department, told PAP Business .
As the MAP representative emphasizes:
This will be a commercial project – the state only breaks the barrier to entry and acts as a guardian of the country’s economic interests. The implementation of this cluster will be an effective tool of state economic policy.
The EMP project, which is being implemented today under the new NEV manufacturing and development hub formula, involves the creation of a scalable industrial infrastructure with R&D facilities, international cooperation and a local value chain. The goal is to develop competence in electromobility – from the design and implementation of new technologies to the serial production of vehicles and components in Poland.
Today, we are talking about scalable industrial infrastructure, brand co-ownership and strategic partnerships – based on partnerships, rather than the purchase of licenses and services,” the director of the Department of Communications at the Ministry of State Assets stressed in a post provided to the editorial board.
The project’s application for funding will be submitted as part of the ongoing call (May 26-July 4, 2025). The Hub in Jaworzno could become a boost for the entire sector and a tool for the long-term transformation of the Polish automotive industry.
